BURRRRRRR......... I just watched the weather- five day forecast shows night temps in the mid teens and day temps in the mid twenties. Yes, sir, winter has suddenly arrived in Alaska-at least it seems sort of sudden to me! Baby, it's cold outside!
I'm lucky to have this strange door between the livingroom and the hall with the bedroom and bathroom. I keep it closed and at night I open the window (against the rules "the pipes will freeze") a tad and put the fan in front of it-point it to the bed and run it on 2. After the alarm goes off I wait for a hot flash and then get up when I am throwing the covers off because I am so HOT! The front of the house is comfortable (although tonight it's cold!) so it's fine once I'm up. Works pretty good!
