This is my first knitting project!!!!! It' s a scarf-it looks black but it is really denim.It is loom or frame knitting-easier than the regular knitting and fun too. I am trying to make a hat now but it isn't as easy since you have to work with two strand of yarn and they get all tangled. Who wants this one?

WOW! That is WAY impressive! I can imagine a hat being harder--it's got to be harder having to make it bowl shaped? Good luck! I can't wait to see it when you finish!
I have temporarily tossed the whole hat idea and am back to happily doing scarves on my long loom! But, after spending part of the day in the house of a native woman and looking at her wonderful crafts I am a feeling a little less proud of myself. She gifted me with a seal skin thimble so I might try to sew skins again.
