Herbal medicine is the medicine of the people. Plants have always provided for the people and continue to do so- all we have to do is open our lives to their power. No degree, no license required. Just a curious mind and a spirit open to what they have to teach us. I believe the plants have the power to heal from the cellular level to the universal!

A White Christmas in Alaska....it has been snowing hard all day. I think we've had 4-6 inches. I am so glad to see new snow. The rain a week or so ago had melted a lot of it and the rest was looking dirty and yucky. Today is beautiful!!

How nice to have a white Christmas - not something we see too often down here! We had a nephew today! 9lbs 14oz we get to meet him for Christmas.
