THE CHINOOK....The temperature in Anchorage is 48 at 7:30 this morning. It is 33 in Texas with scattered snow. Strange!
Everyone tells me this is a Chinook and not the end of winter. But, there is no high wind...just a light breeze, sunshine and warm weather.
